Food Safety in 2025

2025 is here, but are we any better prepared when it comes to food safety?  The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates 48 million people get sick, 128,000 are hospitalized, and 3,000 die from foodborne diseases each year in the United States.  Detection and tracking technologies have improved but what about supply chains and compliance?
